You wanted me to write you a critique for this one. Don't mind the starrs, they aren't informative.
Photographically: When shooting macro the most important thing would be the focus and depth-of-field to keep it short. You've a sharp focus, but I think I would consider focusing further down in the frame, because that's where the magic happens. Also adding some depth of field here would give you a sharper forground (if you move the focus down). I think the framing is good - it kinda tells me that you tried different angles before settling for this one.
Post-processing: The thing I miss here is some noisereduction and sharpening. The colors and the frame is nice.
